Spooky’s Master Plan

One of the earliest stories from the EMCSA, and it happened to be one of the very first I read when I discovered the archives. I enjoy a good back-and-forth, turning the tables kind of story, and this one has all that and then some. Two high school rivals keep hiring the same Goth girl to perform curses on each other, and the results are insidious and wonderful. A very good ending, as well.

Two hypnotherapists working in a town that only has room for one. Another very early story from the EMCSA, this one involving battling female hypnodommes. This story (and the above, “Spooky’s Master Plan”) are early influences on my own writing. I have a tendency to pit strong female characters against each other, and this story is a good reflection of what I like to achieve. Heh.
